About Richard

Richard established his home in Qualicum Beach in 1980 with his wife and their three children and continues to actively support the community wherever possible. Richard has 25 years experience as a Realtor and has been awarded the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's coveted Medallion Award for many years. This is Richard's full time profession as well as his full time passion......... He just loves selling real estate!

Richard received the Top 100 Western Canada Award  for outstanding individual performance on completed transactions for the month of September 2009 (based on paid out commissions in the month).
